The main, single story, screened building comprises a lounge, bar and a restaurant that serves both local and international cuisine with the majority of the ingredients being both grown on the island and organic.

For clients looking to get out for a change of scene, even if only for a drink or lunch, there is a small selection of bars and restaurants some 15 to 20 minutes’ walk north along the beach or quiet road.

Accommodation at Xalli Hotel comprises just 9 rooms in total, encompassing 3 different room categories. The 2 deluxe, contemporary rooms offer probably the best option anywhere on the island, being spacious, beautifully furnished & decorated and enjoying spacious terraces with views out towards the lake (although set well back).

The 3 superior rooms are slightly smaller but no less comfortable and enjoy views over the gardens. The remaining 4 rooms are simple but comfortable.

Wifi is available both in the bedrooms and main building while, should you need it, the hotel also provides a laundry service.

While the vast majority of our clients will visit Ometepe Island with local tours already booked, Xalli Hotel can also make arrangements for guests.
