AS Residence is the brainchild of Dutch artist and fashion designer Andre Visser and his Cuban partner, professional dancer and musician Sandy Solano Diaz.

Together they have created a stylish, luxurious and bohemian B&B experience that would not feel out of place in London, Milan, Barcelona or Amsterdam but which remains quintessentially Cuban at heart.

Given the owners’ respective backgrounds, it is no surprise that art and design plays a large part in the overall experience with the property boasting its own exhibition space 0n the ground floor.

The ground floor of the property also houses Hav Cafe & Art, a cafe / organic restaurant that offers perhaps the best coffee in Cuba, combining locally sourced coffee beans with the best in Italian coffee machine technology. It’s not easy getting a flat white in Cuba so, if that’s your fix, you know where to go / stay.

In total there are just 5 rooms, 4 of them duplex rooms and 1 a large suite. The duplex rooms are further divided into a Compact Duplex, a Standard Duplex and Royal Duplex. The Royal Suite comprises both a bedroom and separate lounge area.

All rooms feature a/c, ensuite bathrooms, AS Lab bathroom product, king size bed, tv, coffee machine, mini-fridge and, well, more besides.

Please note that AS Residence has a strictly Adult Only policy with a minimum age requirement of 18 for guests.
